Why me
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine alongside it. Same playbook here: many creators, one number to protect, losers killed early, now applied to statement earrings, rings and cuffs. I have not run jewelry before, so the first weeks are for learning which hooks and which Olive & Piper pieces carry.

Why now
71
Products in one grid
The site shows a group of 71 products. That is enough range to give ten creators different pieces and test hooks without repeating the same earring.
Published35
A second, tighter grid
Another group on the site holds 35 products. A smaller set like this suits a first brief: fewer pieces, clearer comparisons between creators.
Published$50US
Free shipping line
The site offers free shipping over $50US. A creator can say it plainly, and it gives each video a concrete reason to click.
PublishedSeven
New styles in an evolving collection
The site says: Seven new styles. One evolving collection. New pieces mean fresh hooks without waiting on a relaunch.

Principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views, target $1. The simulator says $5.74 today on $10,050 of spend. I would rather show that gap than hide it.
One variable per test
Same Reggie Cuff, same shot, only the hook changes. Losers killed early. Winners go into the hook library.
Pay by cap, reward real reach
A fee up to a cap per band, and $50 flat past 100,000 views. Nothing rewards a video for breaking the claims sheet.
One workspace for the work
Briefs, claim questions, drafts and reports live in one shared workspace. Creators ask before posting, not after.
Part 4 of 15, continued
One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
TrackerAppMon 7:00 AM
Weekly report: seven videos per creator logged. Cost per 1,000 views tracked against the $1 target. One Reggie Cuff hook leads; the Walker Studs price-and-weight hook is last and gets cut.
HanaMon 8:30 AM
Briefs this week: Reggie Cuff, 72.00 CAD, and Walker Studs, 48.00 CAD. Seven videos each. One variable per test: same shot, only the hook changes. Claims sheet is pinned in #claims.
JessMon 10:12 AM
Can I say the Dax rings won't tarnish? Someone asked in my comments.
No. The sheet says 12K gold plated, glass crystals, and hypoallergenic and nickel free as the brand's wording. Nothing on tarnish. Say what you see and skip the rest.
HanaWed 2:15 PM
Draft back, Tori. Open on the Sloane Earrings ripple finish, not the outfit. Cut the line about sensitive skin. Reshoot the first three seconds only.
Reshot and uploaded to #drafts.
TrackerAppFri 6:40 PM
Walker Studs video passed 100,000 organic views. $50 flat bonus queued. One bonus per creator per month, so this creator's next one waits until next month.
HanaSat 9:00 AM
Check before you post: does every line in the draft sit on the claims sheet? Reply with any line you are unsure of and I confirm it before it goes live.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.
Part 5 of 15
Formats

Brief 01
Cuff reveal: Reggie Cuff
“Slip it on and suddenly everything else feels optional.”
Bare wrist, plain top. Slip the Reggie Cuff on in one take, then turn the wrist to show the stones.

Brief 02
Two rings, two ways: Dax Rings
“Two rings, one hand: wear them apart or side by side.”
Hand close-up, blazer sleeve in frame. Show each Dax ring alone, then both together.

Brief 03
Texture close-up: Sloane Earrings
“Texture takes the lead. Meet the Sloane Earrings.”
Daylight close-up, turn your head slowly so the rippled finish catches light. No outfit change.

Brief 04
Price and weight: Walker Studs
“Walker Studs, 48.00 CAD, 0.30 oz per pair. Watch this.”
Ear in frame, hair tucked back. Say the price and weight out loud, then put the studs in.

Brief 05
One pair, three outfits: Serena Drops
“Three outfits, one pair: Serena Drops, 58.00 CAD.”
Three quick cuts: work, night out, weekend. Same Serena Drops, hold each cut one beat.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Hypoallergenic and nickel free”, “14K gold plated or silver tone plated”, “FREE Shipping over $50US”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Customers who already wear it
The brand has Instagram and Pinterest accounts. I would look for people who already post earrings and rings on their own and start there.
Occasion creators
The site sorts pieces into Wear to Work, Night Out, Vacation Approved and Weddings. I recruit by those moments, not by follower count.
Small stylers with clean close-ups
Short-form accounts that film ears, wrists and hands well. Statement jewelry needs a camera that stays close.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. O&P Club is in the menu and I do not know what it covers, so I would ask before building beside it.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Hands and ears on camera
Clean close-ups of ears, wrists and hands. The piece is visible in the first second.
2Reads a claims sheet
Says only the sheet's lines and sends the draft before posting.
3Seven videos a week is realistic
Can keep that pace without repeating the same hook.
4Audience fit
Followers who buy accessories near 48.00 CAD, the price of Walker Studs and Dora Ring.
5No category conflict
Not posting for a direct jewelry competitor in the same weeks.
Part 7 of 15
Who
Office stylist
Builds outfits for work and shows rings against a blazer sleeve and a desk.
Likely product: Dax Rings (Set of 2)
Wedding guest planner
Shows what to wear to weddings, with earrings as the last step of the look.
Likely product: Reeve Drops
Wrist-stack creator
Layers bracelets and cuffs in tight wrist close-ups.
Likely product: Reggie Cuff
Vacation packer
Packs light and shows how jewelry travels in one small pouch.
Likely product: Essentials Pouch
Gift-minded shopper
Shows sets as a gift choice and what the set replaces.
Likely product: Sage Jewelry Set (Set of 2)
Night-out get-ready
Get-ready-with-me videos where earrings finish the look.
Likely product: Serena Drops
Left off, every time
Always out: anyone who would make skin, allergy or tarnish promises beyond the brand's own wording; creators posting for a direct jewelry competitor in the same weeks; accounts that cannot show a piece in close-up; anyone who buys views or inflates followers.

Claims sheet
Approved, word for word
Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.
“Hypoallergenic and nickel free”
Dax Rings (Set of 2) and Reggie Cuff, said as the brand's own wording
“12K gold plated”
Dax Rings (Set of 2) only
“14K gold plated or silver tone plated”
Reggie Cuff and Sloane Earrings
“Glass crystals”
Stones on Dax Rings (Set of 2) and Reggie Cuff
“FREE Shipping over $50US”
Any video that mentions ordering, aimed at US shoppers
“Set of 2”
Dax Rings (Set of 2), when naming what comes in the box
“This set is US$116 / CA$144 when purchased separately.”
Sage Jewelry Set (Set of 2) only
Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
It won't tarnish or turn your skin green
The pieces are plated and the site says nothing on tarnish or color change.
Safe for sensitive skin, good for allergies
Only the brand's wording, hypoallergenic and nickel free, may be said, never as an outcome for a person.
It's solid gold, it's real gold
The pieces are 12K gold plated or 14K gold plated, or silver tone plated.
Real black diamonds
The stones are glass crystals. Black diamond is a color name.
Wear it in the shower, it's waterproof
Nothing on the site supports it.
Better than other jewelry brands
No comparisons with other brands.
Free shipping everywhere
Free shipping is over $50US to the US and over $65CA to Canada.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Does hypoallergenic and nickel free cover every piece?
I read that line on the Dax Rings and Reggie Cuff pages only.
Which pieces carry the Best Seller tag today?
The tag moves, so no creator says it about a piece without a check first.
What does O&P Club offer?
It is in the menu and I do not know what it promises, so creators stay off it.

Standard
$500–1,000

Standard: steady weekly output across earrings and rings, hooks that hold up past the first test.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500

Premium: proven reach and a clean claims record, able to carry the Sage set or the Reggie Cuff.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month, for the first video that passes 100,000 views.
- The bonus is per video: $50 flat, and nothing stacks on top.
- Organic views only. Views from paid boosts of the same video never count.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it passed 100,000 views.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
Today's inputs give 1.8M views a month for $10,050: $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1.00. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Sheet, formats, first two
Claims sheet signed off, five formats briefed, two creators live in week two on Reggie Cuff and Walker Studs.
Month 1
Ramp to ten
Two creators a week up to ten, over six weeks. Losers killed early, first entries in the hook library.
Month 2
Full roster
Ten creators, seven videos each per week. Bands are set from what the first weeks showed.
Month 3
Winners move to paid
Hooks that held go into paid, one variable per test. The $50 flat bonus keeps paying for videos past 100,000 views.
Day 90
Read against the target
Cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Keep, cut or change formats. Nobody is locked in.
Monthly ceiling
$15,000, bonuses excluded
All ten creators at the top cap comes to $15,000 in a month. I hold to that ceiling.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Organic first
Creators post the hooks unpaid. Nothing is boosted until a video has run on its own.
Pick the winners
Videos past 100,000 views or with the best cost per 1,000 views go onto a short list.
Secure the rights
Ask each creator for the right to run the video as a paid ad, under the same claims sheet.
Test in paid
One variable per test, losers killed early, every result measured against the $1 target.
From the video to the checkout
- Walker Studs and Reggie Cuff videos link to their own product page, not the home page.
- Occasion videos go to the matching collection: Wear to Work, Night Out or Weddings.
- The Sage Jewelry Set (Set of 2) video goes to the set page, where the site says the set is US$116 / CA$144 when purchased separately.
- Free shipping is mentioned only as over $50US to the US, and over $65CA to Canada.
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days: the one delivery line a creator may say.
Part 15 of 15
Jewelry rules
Jewelry rules for creators
Statement jewelry sells on look and fit. These rules keep every video to what the brand says about its own pieces.
Plating words
Say 12K gold plated for Dax Rings, and 14K gold plated or silver tone plated for Reggie Cuff and Sloane Earrings. Never say solid gold or real gold.
Skin and allergy
Hypoallergenic and nickel free is the brand's wording. Say it as the brand's line, never as a promise about your skin or anyone's reactions.
Stones
The stones are glass crystals. Black diamond is a color name on Dax Rings and Reggie Cuff. Do not call them real diamonds or gems.
Prices in CAD
Quote prices as the site shows them, like 62.00 CAD for Sloane Earrings. Do not convert or round, and name a sale price only if it is live that day.
Shipping
Free shipping to the US is over $50US and to Canada over $65CA. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Do not promise a delivery date.
Disclosure and comparisons
Mark every post as a paid partnership. Say nothing about other jewelry brands, and keep the $50 flat bonus off camera.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
